Our Olympic Experience - out and about in London

Our shift patterns as Gamesmakers meant that we worked three days out of four. When we were working we were either on early in the morning - shift started at 7.30am, or an afternoon shift starting around 12.30pm or the late night shift which finished around 11pm.

On our first day off we ventured to Richmond Hill

- we didn't see "The Lass" but we did see the Men's Cycling Road Race

We, along with many others, caught Cancellara's demise on camera

He simply didn't turn at the top of the hill

Whilst we were in the area we also visited Kew Gardens

Kew Palace
