We were staying at a campsite in Blaarmeersen Park, which was about 10 minutes cycle ride from the centre of Ghent
There was a sculling and rowing championship with crews from across Europe - several from UK
We also cycled around the area - along the river/canal
... including a ferry
... to Afsee...
...and Drongen
... but watch out for frogs
